Capability Gap Worksheet

Your worksheet contains four pages of instructions and questions to answer. Fifteen well defined questions will help you determine your current capability gap. You’ll see the difference between where you are and where you could be if you could find and select enough of the right new clients. Most advisors find this exercise to be a real eye-opener.
